During one of pledge class meeting brother David Crippen (with a dip in his mouth) told us to take a look around the semi-circle of my pledge-brothers and said these will be the men that stand up for you at your wedding, be the pall bearers at your funeral and be there with you for every milestone for the rest of your life (I know, I know you are saying to yourself "Crippen said THAT?) - and its been true. Whenever I travel through Texas I stay at a brother's house or get together for lunch or dinner or football or basketball games. One of the greatest decisions of my life to pledge Sigma Chi.
