The new Epsilon Nu chapter house is being designed by a firm with deep experience in Greek life, collegiate residential architecture, and the climate and craft traditions of West Texas.
Their charge is simple and demanding: create the most respected fraternity home on the Texas Tech campus — a building that honors our history at 16 Greek Circle while serving the way young men live, study, and lead today.
Construction documents, civil engineering, MEP coordination, and interior design are all being managed under one unified team to ensure quality and accountability from rendering through ribbon-cutting.
