Covenant with Donors
To sustain and advance the Sigma Chi Fraternity at Texas Tech, the Board of Directors of the Epsilon Nu Housing Corporation has undertaken a project to construct a new lodge facility on the current site at 16 Greek Circle.
The House Corp Board has retained SHM Architects of Dallas to design the replacement facility, working from a set of draft requirements created by the House Corp Board in coordination with the Chapter Advisor and active chapter leadership.
Every dollar raised is held in trust and deployed only under a board-approved construction and reserve plan. The campaign is audited by an independent CPA who is not a member of the Housing Corporation.
