Glen Sirles
Glen Sirles, EN ‘72
Epsilon Nu Housing Corp President 2017 to Present
Glen currently serves as President of our House Corporation and is involved with our fraternity in several ways. A proud Epsilon Nu alum, he works with our undergrads and those of TCU as their Ritual Peer. He also serves TCU as their Foundational Leadership Mentor. Further, Glen facilitates our fraternity’s course in Servant Leadership at the annual Leaders Workshop and leads the Ritual track of our fraternity’s Officer Training Academy.
A past president of the Fort Worth Alumni Chapter, Glen is retired from AT&T and lives in Southlake, Texas. He and his wife Linda have 2 grown children, both Tech alums, and 6 grandchildren. Glen’s degree from Tech is in Electrical Engineering and he holds an MBA from Amberton University. Glen is a supporter of the Texas Tech Alumni Association, a member of the Red Raider and Matador Clubs, the Chancellor’s Council and several Whitacre College of Engineering programs.
Glen’s involvement with leading Sigma Chi began as an undergrad, where he held several officer positions including Consul. He was greatly involved with the return of our chapter to the Tech campus in 2017. His desire is to see both Tech and Epsilon Nu achieve the highest levels of excellence.
Order of Constantine 2025
A native of Houston, Glen returned there with his degree in Electrical Engineering to begin a 39+ year career with AT&T. But his love of EX didn’t end with graduation as he’s been a constant with EN, other alumni chapters and various headquarters programs ever since. While restoring the EN Chapter to Texas Tech required the work of many hands, perhaps none were more significant than his. For his efforts in bringing us back to campus, he received a Grand Consul’s Citation in 2019. Under his leadership, our Housing Corp. has won the Grand Trustees’ Outstanding House Corporation Award the last 4 years in a row.
The Order of Constantine Award is considered the highest honor that the Sigma Chi Fraternity bestows upon one of its members in recognition of over 20 years of exemplary commitment, dedication, and service to the Fraternity. The honor of Order of Constantine has been conferred on only 883 brothers since its inception at the 46th Grand Chapter in 1948.
